The National Emerging Special Pathogen Training and Education Center is hosting a webinar today at noon CT to discuss the clinical importance of proning and its appropriate use. The session will describe the process of proning COVID-19 patients and review strategies employed and lessons learned by those who have used the practice. Access to the archived webinar may be found on the center’s website. A video presentation by critical care fellows at Mount Sinai Hospital also demonstrates use of the technique.
