Nurse Manager Institute

This interactive program combines lecture, discussion, reflective practice, experiential learning and self-assessment. Taught by expert faculty, participants develop critical management skills to be a more effective leader. You can learn to build a culture of engagement, think and act strategically, improve problem-solving abilities and manage conflict more effectively.
Schedule
A three-day program with a blend of asynchronous pre-work and live sessions to build upon learning. All times are for the central time zone. Session details available within the AONL online learning platform.

Each virtual session will be hosted via Zoom teleconference. Attendees are encouraged to participate in every session using Zoom teleconferencing Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Please review the technical requirements needed for Zoom teleconferencing.

CANCELLATION
A refund minus 20% will be granted to written requests received 14 days or more prior to the start date of the program. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to aonleducation@aha.org. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds will be granted for no-shows. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not an AONL member, the nonmember differential must be paid in advance or onsite. All fees are transferable to the substitute less a $25 transfer fee.

ACCREDITATION STATEMENT AND NURSING CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CREDIT
The American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The program offers attendees the opportunity to earn up to 16.5 contact hours.
