CDC posts quick reference for optimizing PPE supplies

A handy reference from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) summarizes strategies for optimizing supplies of person protective equipment (PPE). The reference includes a link to a PPE Burn Rate Calculator and guidance on how to use and preserve PPE under conventional, contingency and crisis circumstances. This week the CDC also updated its guidance on how to evaluate the safety of stockpiled N-95 masks and what to consider when deciding whether to test health care personnel for SARS-CoV-2.
