COVID-19 vaccination for children covered in webinar

A Monday Nov. 8 webinar, scheduled for 2 p.m. ET, will feature pediatricians and hospital leaders discussing ways to work with parents to build trust in the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines for children. Presenters will offer strategies to protect kids and keep them in school and share insights into how hospitals can partner with local schools, school boards, PTAs and teachers to build confidence in the COVID-19 vaccine. The American Hospital Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Children’s Hospital Association are co-sponsoring the hour-long event, which is funded in part by a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Participants should register in advance.
