All In coalition releases clinician well-being resource

This week, the All In coalition published a resource with five evidence-based action items hospital and health system leaders can use to support the well-being of nurses, doctors and other team members during the current stage of the pandemic. The resources presented in the 2022 Healthcare Workforce Rescue Package include examples of efforts focused on developing peer support programs, crisis documentation protocols, voluntary team redeployment, rapid improvement processes and psychological first-aid training. The American Hospital Association is an inaugural member of the All In coalition.
