This week’s American Hospital Association (AHA) Advancing Health podcast explored ways to enhance resilience among clinicians and to address traumatic stress caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Elisa Arespacochaga, AHA vice president of clinical affairs and workforce, spoke with Rebecca Schwartz, PhD, director of research and evaluation at the Center for Traumatic Stress, Resilience and Recovery at Northwell Health, New Hyde Park, N.Y., and her colleague Mayer Bellehsen, PhD, the center’s director of behavioral health.
