Value Initiative webinar proposes action on unconscious bias

The American Hospital Association Value Initiative will host a webinar Dec. 3 at 1 p.m. ET, Unconscious Bias: From Awareness to Action. Building a culture of value requires addressing human behaviors, including unconscious bias. In this virtual workshop, presenters will share how leading and educating staff to address unconscious bias can invoke community trust and enhance value. Charlotte Hughes, director of talent & organizational development at Health Inclusion, and Cathy Grant, senior director of Moffitt diversity at Moffitt Cancer Center, will present. Attendees are encouraged to register in advance.
