OSHA suspends COVID-19 vaccination standard
This week, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) suspended activities related to implementation and enforcement of its Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) on COVID-19 vaccination and testing. On Nov. 12, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit granted a motion to stay the ETS and ordered OSHA to take no steps to implement or enforce it until further court order, the agency announced on its website.
