NAM to hold Health Workforce Well-being Day

The National Academy of Medicine will host its second annual Health Workforce Well-Being Day on March 17, starting with a public reception from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the National Academy of Sciences building in Washington, D.C., and virtually. Following the reception, organizations across the country will hold a series of well-being events and activities, while NAM will host a Change Makers summit, open to current or recently signed up Change Makers from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. The meeting will prioritize cross-sector networking and focused discussions. NAM invites national and institutional leaders, policymakers, patients and communities, and health workers to attend and continue to take action to improve workforce well-being. Participants must register in advance.
