Begley participates in U.S. News panel on workforce development

Robyn Begley, AONL CEO and chief nursing officer and senior vice president for workforce of the American Hospital Assoiciation, this week participated in a U.S. News and World Report panel discussion entitled “Developing the Healthcare Workforce of Tomorrow.” Topics included workforce resiliency and shortages, technology use and increasing diversity. Also participating on the panel were Debra Grimes, president and chief diversity officer for Ochsner Health, based in New Orleans; Shaun Smith, senior vice president and chief human resources officer for New York-Presbyterian, New York City; and Aamer Mumtaz, vice president of operations for staffing company CareRev, Los Angeles.
