AHA case studies capture rural hospitals’ responses to the pandemic
A series of rural hospital and health system case studies containing lessons learned during the COVID-19 pandemic is now available on the American Hospital Association (AHA) website. The stories show the ways organizations are working to increase access points, deliver care, improve safety and meet the needs of the residents of their communities. These case studies form a growing compendium of examples of rural hospital interventions, including the use of artificial intelligence, telehealth and innovative payment models.
