Webinar offers strategies to address nursing crisis

The Schwartz Center recently released a webinar on organizational strategies to address the nursing crisis. The webinar covered the impact of shortages and potential staffing solutions, as well as how health care leaders can cultivate the psychological and physical safety nurses need in the clinical workspace. Speakers also discussed how inclusion can support innovation and problem solving and why work-life balance matters for mental health and well-being. AONL President-elect Deb Zimmermann, DNP, RN, CEO of the Daisy Foundation, was one of the panelists.
