Webinar focuses on culture of excellence

Memorial Hermann Health System leaders will share during an Aug. 25 webinar from 1:00-2:00 ET how to take a human-centric approach to address challenges affecting the nursing workforce. The webinar will feature AONL member Bryan Sisk, DNP, RN, who is senior vice president and chief nursing executive of the West Houston-based health system. The webinar will cover how a high reliability organization promoted and sustained safe patient care, nurse retention and maintained excellence in quality standards during unprecedented times. Speakers also will discuss key components and innovative strategies for addressing nursing workforce challenges. Registration for the webinar, which is hosted by the American Hospital Association, is required in advance.
