OJIN opens access to articles on racism and nursing

The Online Journal of Issues in Nursing (OJIN) is providing open access through May 31 to five journal articles showcasing diverse perspectives on racism and nursing. Titles include “Race and Racism Discourse in U.S. Nursing: Challenging the Silence,” “The Rise of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Practitioners in Academic Nursing” and “Black Nurse Scholars’ Experiences in an Interdisciplinary Postdoctoral Fellowship.”
