NQF guide addresses patient transportation barriers

A recently released implementation guide can help organizations implement routine transportation insecurity screening and measure change in rates of transportation insecurity within the populations they serve. The National Quality Forum (NQF) is providing the guide for download at no cost to help drive improvement through measurable change. The guide builds on current efforts to provide practical and action-oriented strategies toward achieving health equity. (NQF news release, 10/7/21)
