Mentorship program aims to diversify nurse researchers who publish

DNPs of Color and Jonas Philanthropies this week launched a Pathway to Publication mentorship program to increase the diversity of individuals publishing nursing research. The 12-week program pairs qualified doctoral students with a mentor from the Jonas Nursing and Veterans Healthcare Jonas Scholar program during the manuscript writing and editing process.
