Marshall shares hiring, retention strategies

During a February webinar hosted by Becker's Hospital Review, AONL member David Marshall, DNP, RN, senior vice president and chief nursing officer of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, shared the strategies the hospital uses to hire and retain nurses.
