Jobs report offers regional hospital workforce data

The American Hospital Association (AHA) will offer its members access to region-specific jobs reports to help leaders recruit and retain workers. A partnership with Prolucent Health, the reports are derived from data aggregated by Prolucent’s LiquidCompass platform directly from hospital/health system career sites. The reports ─ to be updated quarterly ─ provide job postings by state and role, nursing job postings by specialty, time to fill for RN positions and hiring bonus trends.
