Eisenberg Patient Safety and Quality Award applications due Sept. 14

The Joint Commission and the National Quality Forum are accepting applications for the 2022 John M. Eisenberg Patient Safety and Quality Awards. The annual awards program honors major achievements by individuals and organizations to improve patient safety and health care quality. Awards are given in three categories: individual achievement; national level innovation in patient safety and quality; and local level innovation in patient safety and quality. Applications are due Sept. 14.
