Bolton to receive AAN Legacy Award

Linda Burnes Bolton, DrPH, RN, will receive the Lifetime Legacy Award from the American Academy of Nursing (AAN) during its upcoming 2022 Health Policy Conference in Washington, D.C. Bolton, chief nursing officer emeritus of Los Angeles-based Cedars-Sinai and a former AONL board president, will be recognized for dedicating her life to advocating for positive health system changes. In addition, AONL members Bonnie and Mark Barnes, co-founders and leaders of the DAISY Foundation, will receive the Outstanding Leadership Award for exemplary service and perseverance as a champion to the nursing profession.
