AHA webinar discusses ways to create age-friendly health systems

The American Hospital Association (AHA) and its Health Research & Educational Trust (HRET) will host a webinar June 9 at 12-1 p.m. ET on how to create age-friendly health systems. Participants will learn about the 4Ms Framework, practices to integrate value-based, age-friendly care and ways to engage with the Action Community convening this fall. Burbank, Calif.-based Providence St. Joseph Medical Center will share its story of becoming an age-friendly health system by bridging clinical care and community health.
