AHA to host webinar on age-friendly health systems

On July 14 from 12:00-1:00 ET, the American Hospital Association (AHA) and the Health Resource and Educational Trust will host a second webinar on Age Friendly Action Communities. Participants will learn about Age Friendly Action Communities, how the Living Learning Network can support Age Friendly care growth, and the value of becoming an Age-Friendly care site.  Participants should register in advance.
