AHA podcast series explores leading initiatives to transform care

A new American Hospital Association (AHA) Advancing Health podcast series called #JustLead examines how hospitals that have won AHA Awards for innovation, collaboration and health equity are transforming health care for their communities. In the first episode, Shana Dacon-Pereira, senior director for the office of diversity and inclusion at Mount Sinai Health System in New York, discusses how her organization works to advance equity of care and spread lessons learned.
