AHA Report Explores Workforce Challenges, Opportunities

The American Hospital Association (AHA) this week released TrendWatch, a report highlighting emerging hospital workforce trends. The report also outlines strategies and tools to help health system leaders address challenges and embrace opportunities to improve care, motivate and re-skill staff, and modernize processes and business models.
