AACN invites schools to join competency-based pilot

The American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) seeks 10 schools to be part of its pilot to implement core competencies for professional nursing education. The selected schools will develop and implement into their curriculum competency-based learning and assessment in population health and one other core competency area of their choice. Selected schools will receive $100,000 in funding provided through the American Nurses Foundation’s Reimagining Nursing Initiative and technical assistance from AACN through March 2025.
