This session will discuss how our organization is utilizing Registered Nurses to the fullest scope of their practice by allowing RNs complete same day mental health appointment. It will discuss the framework for outpatient clinics, throughput and referrals, managing schedule expectations, medication management, and processes to manage patients in crisis.
