Leadership Beyond the Pandemic
Nurse leaders captured the spirit of innovation as they faced challenges during the pandemic to provide care in a high census, high acuity crisis. AONL conducted a real-time survey at the height of the pandemic to identify those innovations and adaptations in care delivery.
Based on the survey responses, AONL created this new series of podcasts and conversations, which capture these innovations in care delivery with creative adaptations in technology, job role redesign and community outreach. The series explores what lessons learned and adaptations may prove effective for continued use in non-pandemic times as we seek to lower health care costs while providing quality care.
In AONL’s new series, you will hear from a diverse panel covering regional, urban-rural, affluent to under-represented populations’ perspectives.
