Pam Bradshaw, Chief Operations and Chief Nursing Officer, Shannon Medical Center, San Angelo, Texas
Pam Bradshaw’s nursing career spans over 30 years. Beginning her career in a critical care unit, she has worked in many different areas of acute care. She has been in a Chief Nursing Officer role since 2004 and she currently serves as the Chief Operating and Chief Nursing Officer for Shannon.
Dr. Bradshaw received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Texas Tech University, her Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and her Master of Science in Nursing from Midwestern State University. She maintains certification in critical care nursing and advanced nursing administration. She is also a fellow with AONL.
Dr. Bradshaw is very involved with state and national nursing organizations. She has served in various positions as part of the Texas Organization of Nurse Leaders, including terms as the Treasurer and President and is currently serving as an At-Large board member. At a national level, Dr. Bradshaw has served on several AONL and AACN committees. She currently serves as the Region 7 AONL Board member.
