Campaign for Action summit marks a decade of progress
To recognize a decade of progress since the National Academy of Medicine (NAM) released its landmark report The Future of Nursing: Leading Change, Advancing Health, the Future of Nursing: Campaign for Action will hold a public summit on Feb. 24 at 2-5 p.m. ET. The online event will feature AONL members Linda Burnes Bolton, DrPH, RN, senior vice president and chief health equity officer at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and Susan B. Hassmiller, PhD, RN, senior advisor for nursing at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and director of the Future of Nursing: Campaign for Action. Hassmiller will talk with musical duo Brown & Gray about their moving tribute to nurses battling COVID-10. The event is open to all. Participants should register in advance for the webcast.
