AONL to host virtual Advocacy Day

To allow legislators to hear directly from nurse leaders on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic, AONL will host a virtual Advocacy Day on June 4. The organization made the decision to cancel its in-person Advocacy Day, scheduled for June 3-4 in Washington, D.C., to respect current guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and to allow nurse leaders to remain at the hospitals and health systems where they are urgently needed. AONL will issue full refunds for all Advocacy Day 2020 registrations and release more information on the virtual event in the weeks ahead.
