AMSN shares free online tool for placing new nurse hires

The Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses (AMSN) is sharing its online assessment tool to help employers place new and temporary hires in nursing roles that match their skills. Many hospitals are seeking contingent staff to supplement their workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic. Employees can complete the online self-assessment survey in 20 minutes. AMSN is not charging for use of the survey but is asking managers, human resource professionals and others who use it to provide feedback on the tool so the academy can refine it.
