Participate in AONL’s Virtual Focus Groups on Nurse Recruitment, Retention

AONL invites member and nonmember nurse leaders to participate in two virtual focus groups discussing ways to improve nurse attraction, retention and re-engagement. The focus groups will cover the environment, teams, leadership, culture, development, job design, work intensity and work-life sustainability to help identify focus areas to build an action plan aimed at improving the nurse experience nationally. All nurse leaders, from emerging to executives are invited; leaders are encouraged to promote participation broadly within their teams. To encourage honest feedback, AONL will use Remesh, a web-based platform allowing nurse leaders to share their thoughts anonymously. A blinded, facilitated live session will be held Sept. 20 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. ET, and an on-demand flex session will be held Sept. 22 at 12:01 ET to Sept. 27 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Participants will not be identified and do not need to register in advance.
