NAM hosts update on Future of Nursing 2020-2030 report

The National Academy of Medicine (NAM) hosted a webinar, Nursing’s Role in Health Equity, Public Health Emergencies, and COVID-19: Critical Issues for The Future of Nursing 2020-2030. The webinar included updates on the status of the NAM Future of Nursing study and an expert-panel discussion of nurses’ experiences on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the role of nurses in advancing health equity and responding to public health emergencies. The Aug. 20 webinar will be archived on the NAM website.
