Joseph named editor in chief of Nurse Leader

M. Lindell Joseph, PhD, RN, will become the editor in chief of Nurse Leader, effective January 2025. A clinical professor and director of the graduate health systems, administration and executive leadership programs at the University of Iowa College of Nursing in Iowa City, her research focuses on leadership effectiveness, shared governance, innovativeness across practice and academia, professional identity in nursing, and leadership science. She has been a member of the Nurse Leader editorial board since 2019, as well as a past AONL board member and current AONL Foundation board member. She succeeds Rose Sherman, EdD, RN, professor emeritus at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. Nurse Leader is the official journal of AONL.
