AONL keynote Q&A to speak on creating positive content

In the February issue of Nurse Leader, SoulPancake co-founder Shabnam Mogharabi, slated to speak at AONL 2022 in April, answered questions from AONL about the thinking behind the media company and what she’s learned from creating positive content.  “A lot of SoulPancake’s most successful content celebrated principles of positive psychology—the qualities that help to shift our mindsets in a more resilient and positive direction,” she told AONL. Millennials, a generation nurse leaders are eager to recruit to the profession, make up the core of SoulPancake’s audience. Mogharabi attributed the company’s success with this audience to providing content that “reminded them of their value as human beings and offered them a shift in perspective to think about things outside their day-to-day hustle.”
