AONL Releases Final Part of Workforce Compendium

To support nurse managers, AONL this week released Section 3 of its Nursing Leadership Workforce Compendium. This final section focuses on academic-practice partnerships, culture of inquiry and total rewards. It provides strategies to address the complexities of the nursing workforce and workforce environment. Section 2, released in January 2023, includes best practices in leadership and cultivating a positive practice environment. Section 1, released in November 2022, focuses on nurse leader retention and recruitment. AONL will feature its workforce committee and subcommittee members who developed the compendium in upcoming podcasts.
