AONL Foundation-Funded Studies Offer Insights

The AONL Foundation for Nursing Leadership Research and Education featured its studies offering insights on resilience, recognition and CNE turnover in the October issue of the Journal of Nursing Administration. “Nurse leaders from every level of leadership can utilize the learnings from these research studies to better inform both practice and organizational culture, which can then impact workplace engagement and satisfaction and increase the strength of the nursing workforce,” former AONL Foundation Director Danielle Ward, MBA, writes in a column. Publications from the featured studies are ongoing; nursing leaders can access links to articles on the AONL Foundation’s website. Since 2003, the AONL Foundation has funded more than $500,000 in research to support nursing leadership and health systems science.
