AHRQ webinar features best practices for SOPS survey administration

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality will host a webinar featuring best practices for administering the Surveys on Patient Safety Culture on Jan. 24 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. ET. Speakers will provide an overview of the SOPS surveys and databases and discuss how to start administering the surveys and increasing response rates. The SOPS surveys assess provider and staff opinions about patient safety culture in a variety of health care settings. Participants must register in advance.
