AHRQ hosts webinar on VHA high-reliability journey

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality will hold a webinar on the Veterans Health Administration journey to become a high-reliability organization on Sept. 26 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET. Gerald Cox, MHA, MD, VHA assistant undersecretary for health, office of quality and patient safety, will highlight the organization’s high-reliability journey with a focus on how to create a learning health system. Participants must register in advance.
