AHA webpage supports behavioral health, well-being
The American Hospital Association last week launched a suicide prevention webpage. The page features successful strategies from hospitals and health systems that participated in its recent suicide prevention learning collaborative with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The guide includes strategies to reduce the stigma associated with seeking treatment, improve access to behavioral health resources and mitigate the effects of job-related stressors. The AHA will update the website when new case studies become available.
