AHA webinar to teach strategic planning for teams

The American Hospital Association will host a free webinar to teach teams about strategic planning on March 13 from 12:00-1:00 ET. The Fundamentals of Strategic Planning and Successful TeamSTEPPS Implementation will discuss human-centered design tools and ways to create a sense of purpose for team initiatives. Participants will learn how to build fundamental components and inputs for strategic planning and understand how to connect training to strategic goals and valued outcomes. Attendees must register in advance.
