AHA webinar to show how Minnesota hospital addresses workforce crisis

The American Hospital Association will hold a webinar about how Minnesota and M Health Fairview are addressing the workforce crisis on Aug. 17 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. ET. Speakers will highlight how they are evaluating evolving labor force demographics and total workforce numbers over time; the real median household income to show changes in earnings behavior; the state employment breakdown by industry; and immigration trends over time. Attendees will learn how macro labor market research can inform workforce planning and strategy, as well as how leaders can use a strategic approach to research, policy, organizational design, education, human resources and technology to solve workforce challenges.
