AHA Circle of Life Awards nominations are open

The American Hospital Association invites innovative palliative or end-of-life care providers to apply for its Circle of Life Awards. The awards recognize programs demonstrating effective, patient- and family-centered timely, safe, efficient and equitable care, as well as programs addressing physical, psychosocial, spiritual and cultural needs. Up to three winners will be awarded; the awards committee also may present Citations of Honor to other noteworthy programs. Applications are due by midnight, July 10.
