AARP seeks RN recruitment and retention solutions

The AARP Center for Health Equity through Nursing invites nurses to participate in a survey on their recruitment and retention solutions, particularly those focused on creating a sense of belonging. Solutions may be included in a digital toolkit AARP is developing for widespread dissemination. AARP encourages nurse leaders to share the survey link with their networks.
