AAACN releases toolkit for ambulatory care nurse leaders

Ambulatory care nurse executives gained a resource this week, a toolkit they can use to examine and develop organization structures, roles and competencies. The toolkit is designed for use in small, large, rural and urban settings and makes the case for the value of ambulatory nursing leadership. The toolkit was created by the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing (AAACN) and is available on the organization’s website. Non-members must create an account before downloading the free resource.
