Key Bookings is the only official housing bureau of AONL 2024 and other companies may not provide the prices, service and reliability available from Key Bookings. If you as an attendee are contacted by ANY company except Key Bookings or AONL about hotel reservations for AONL 2024, please inform AONL at aonlannualconference@aha.org. AONL shall not be responsible for any damages or costs related to any hotel reservations made via an unauthorized solicitation of hotel reservations.  

Previous attendees reported that after paying these companies, no rooms were reserved, and they lost their money. If you are contacted by another housing company trying to sell hotel rooms, please notify aonlannualconference@aha.org.

Exhibitor Service Kit

The online exhibitor service manual will be available in December. Questions can be directed to the AONL Exhibitor Care team at aonlexhibitorcare@tradeshowlogic.com.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor registration is open. Per the exhibit space contract, each 10x10 booth space receives four (4) exhibitor booth staff badges and one (1) full-conference badge.

Additional booth staff and full conference badges can be purchased at $225 and $1,500 respectively.

Housing

A block of hotel rooms with special rates is available for exhibitors near the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. 

Reservations must be made using the hotel link provided in the registration confirmation email. Hotel rates are available until March 14 or until the block sells out. Availability is limited, and meeting registration and exhibitor contracts do not guarantee room availability. 

Exhibitors reserving a block of ten or more rooms must complete the room block request form ASAP, no later than Feb. 2, 2024. Groups with less than 10 rooms must make reservations individually on the hotel booking site.
