Webinar: Interventions to prevent falls, reinforce healthy aging

To reduce risk of falls, advocates for the Hendrich II Fall Risk Model say more nursing time should be spent on the underlying causes of the factors that put patients at risk. During a Sept. 10 webinar at 1:00 p.m. ET hosted by the American Hospital Association, Hackensack (N.J.) Meridian Health will share how it used the model along with the 4Ms framework for age-friendly care to guide specific interventions. Participants are encouraged to register in advance.
