PCORI hosts webinars on managing COVID-19 challenges

A webinar series from the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI)  will feature a team of clinicians, health system leaders, and operations management experts discussing  their experience in confronting challenges with capacity and patient flow that many hospitals are now reporting. The first session will take place on Tuesday, March 31 at 11:45 a.m. ET. In this webinar, presenters will discuss how they created incident command structures to coordinate response to COVID-19 and will describe the challenges they still face.
