NSNA survey explores experience of 2020 nursing graduates

The COVID-19 pandemic altered the employment landscape for last year’s nursing school graduates according to the latest survey by the National Student Nurse Association (NSNA). Almost half of the more than 3,000 respondents reported encountering hiring freezes during their job search and a third found hospitals closing departments. (Leader to Leader article, Spring 2021)
