The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has added resources specific to health care workforce decision-making to the COVID-19 Workforce Virtual Toolkit. The curated resources and tools are intended to assist decisionmakers in managing health care workforce challenges arising in response to the COVID-19 emergency. Topics include surge planning, volunteer matching, licensure, scope of practice expansions, health equity and regulatory flexibility. Training, resilience and planning resources are also available.
